Alliance War Update - Esmero / Pegadilla side

The Blue Devils faction blog has been gone for quite some time, and since I somehow never seen any details for Esmero/Pegadilla side, I'll provide the updates on Alliance War in sGE's Rembrandt Server, for the Pegadilla side.

After the version 9 update, Alliance War's schedule has been changed:
Before - Saturdays, 19:30-21:00
Now - Sundays, 10:00-11:30

Last update: 4 February 2012

The previous Alliance War (29 January 2012) is really strange, and is really imbalanced.
The Esmero only have 8 (Eight) people, where as the Souveran have almost 100 people. I got inside the Souveran faction, myself. So, there's no this week's Alliance War update.

Pioneering Journal - Update 7

Here we go, the 7th update! It's already almost 2 months since I wrote this blog, huh.

First of all, we have another new member, PixieDust joined on 22th December, and Blush™ is just ReiriKai's mule.


For this week's quest updates, pemuda finally gets his Raven Card, and is now already a veteran level. AXcom is still stuck on the Otite quest, and we actually blundered during the quest. BEDEBAH, Bijikudaliar, and anyone else is still doing other miscellaneous quests.


This week's raids, Fury Farm nets BlackcatXXX a Le Scarce (Scout) and Archangel's Heart for FlatZ. Congratulations to both!

GE Christmas Event 2011

Christmas is in the air... wait, that's a wrong phrase.

This Christmas, GE is holding a Christmas event until 5th January 2012. The event itself is pretty simple and newbie-friendly!

During the events, lots of socks will be given. When used, it will give the following buff:

• +30% Combat EXP for 30 minutes. Effect will disappear on map change.
  

There are 4 event NPCs on Thueringen Lakeside, just outside City of Auch.

1. Santa Nunez
   Santa Nunez will give you a quest, and you will have to give 3 kids a present. The kids location can be found here:
   
   1. Cite de Reboldoeaux
      Boy - Near waypoint
   2. Port of Coimbra
      Lady - Beside M'boma
   3. City of Auch
      Kids - Grandice Arcade
      Boy in Tunnel - Obvious name, really.
      
      
2. Male Santa Fighter
   He will allows user to create 2 mission rooms. Different room have different mission, and you can do both on the same day.
   
   Type 1:
   
   Kill the enemies, and loot Rudolph Oinment. Find eggs throughout the maps, and give it 5 Rudolph Ointment to crack the egg open.
   
   
   To give it the item, open your inventory window, then drag-n-drop the item to the egg. Each egg needs 5 Rudolph Ointment.
   
   Type 2:
   
   Go around the map, find and destroy the Time Crystals. There are 4 initial crystals. Once all 4 is destroyed, enter the middle room. Defeat the snowman, and a message will appear notifying of another Time Crystal's appearance. Go back out and destroy the last Time Crystal. Once it's done, return to the middle room and defeat the 2 bosses here.
   
   
   
3. Female Santa Fighter
   This NPC has 3 different mission rooms. The third mission room will be selectable after the first two are finished. You can play all 3 rooms on the same day. The missions are pretty straightforward, as you only have to defeat the bosses that appeared.
   
   Type GUN:
   Damage the boss enough until it spawns turrets on the field. Destroy the turrets, and defeat the boss.
   
   Type STICK:
   Damage the boss, and 2 ogres will appear and gives buff to the boss. Defeat both ogres and proceed on defeating the boss.
   
   Type SWORD:
   Damage the boss, until lots of Skullic enemies appear. Defeat those skeletons, then 2 previous bosses will appear. Defeat the 2 bosses, and proceed on defeating the main boss.
   
   
   
4. Santa Rapper
   You can trade your Christmas Coins here for items, or you can gamble it to get twice Coin amount with the Rock, Paper, Scissors minigame.
   
   
   Winter Boxes contains the following items:

   • Santa Costume / Hat for Bernelli
   • Santa Costume / Hat for Calyce

Pioneering Journal - Update 6

This is quite a week! We have 3 new members joining this week, Bijikudaliar (12/16), Momojia (12/19), and scharfreudez (12/20).


As usual, our loots from everyday's raids are mediocre. Only notable loots are Siren's Scale, which I got from the Demonic Skull Dungeon.


This week's fury is filled with really crappy items. Bad timed screenshot too! Basically, nothing's worth anything from fury this week.

As for Alliance War, apparently Rembrandt Server went berserk on Saturday. Unable to squad, faction chat, random disconnections, and of course insane pingtests.

On a side note, I experienced something unusual this week. While I was AFK-ing at El Ruina de Memoria, a player from an Esmero faction started PK-ing Souveran players. Weird thing is, on midnight, he randomly joined our squad and tries to kill us, even though we're Neutralists. That never happened though.

Pioneering Journal - Update 5

Well, quite a number of new players have joined our faction! This week we have 3 new members! BEDEBAH joined us on 9th of December, and the other two are Limsiang and Akatori, both joined the XIII Faction on the 13th of December.

AXcom finally finished his Catherine Torsche's recruitment quest, and is currently on the Otite quest. Pupuzz is also doing lots of quests last week, and he sure took quite a long time to get the Quartz and Aidanium for the quest. BEDEBAH have finished quite a number of low level quests, and currently being Secret Guarded by me.


As for me, I finally got my Vicente Rio card. I got him by giving 20 Enhancement Boosters though, unlike AXcom, pemuda, BlackcatXXX, and Tjakep who got a +7 Pioneer's Combat Sword. And I have to say, Rio's quest are pretty weird.

For this week's loots, there's nothing special, really. Just some elite 92 armors from the raids and nothing else noteworthy.

The previous AW was pretty quick, it seems Souveran factions are focusing on damaging Gabriella, so it was over in just around 30 minutes. On that note, more Souveran players are getting stronger, I only managed to score 11 kills last time.

Pioneering Journal - Update 4

First of all, welcome to our newest addition at XIII faction, FenHuang! He's FlatZ's brother, and he has joined us on 4th of December.

Nothing much happened this week, as we just continues with our usual daily raids and just got mediocre loots. And I can't join the clock tower raid last week, and I don't know whether I could join in on the next weekend or not.


ReiriKai managed to get himself a +6 Elite Metallic Suit DR2, although his fighter didn't have the crusader stance yet though. As for pemuda's luck, he somehow managed to get a +5 Conqueror Cannon AR3. Sadly, the ATK Rating is the only option on his cannon, so it's pretty much useless. He also managed to get an Enhanced Physical RES necklace from Skullic BH mission though.

For last AW, I wasn't able to join in full time, so I left midway. Although I left, I managed to get another 4000 or so contribution points on last AW, and finally got myself the Probationary Soldier buff, ATK+3%, DEF+3, all RES+3, HP+900.


This week's Panfilo's Pot Luck contains Lionel character card and Punisher, so I tried playing PPL and in 20 tries, I only got The Secret of Aquichtus, a dagger weapon costume. As for this week's shiny box, I opened 80 and got nothing.

For unknown reasons, for around 2 days now, we encountered some strange network problem. Most of us uses the same ISP, and only players who used that particular ISP encountered this network problem, since nobody actually mentioned it on the forums.

Pioneering Journal - Update 3

Well, this week's pretty awesome, although there isn't any nice roulette rewards, but this week's pretty satisfying.

First, let's introduce the newest member of XIII, FlatZ. He joined us on 25th November and made a pretty quick progress, as of now he already have 3 veteran characters.

This week's Fury Farm nets us some pretty decent rewards, ReiriKai managed to get himself a Symbol of Capricornus, AXcom got himself Seeds of Rafflesia, and Pupuzz got a Dragon Heart Recipe. And in a run of BH Skullic, pemuda manages to get Seeds of Rafflesia too.

And from World X PvP, we got ourselves quite a handful amount of symbols, such as Capricornus, Gemini, Taurus, and I forgot if there's more.

Meanwhile, this week's clock tower raid nets quite a treasure. I got myself a Recipe - Clock Tower 7th Floor Key, and 2 Enchantment Chip Expert.

Lionel finally mastered the Punisher stance this week, and I tried bringing him into Alliance War. Using a total of AR34 Rifle+Pistol and on Expert level, Lionel managed to score 28 kills, this stance is really something. That being said, last AW was my 10th consecutive loss, so I finally managed to get the HP+1 medal, Curse of the Goddess.

Pemuda finally bought his Martial Arts Compendium stancebook, although he borrowed the Gemini symbol from Pupuzz. So that makes pemuda's Irawan the fifth MMA character on XIII faction.

As for this week's shiny boxes, I got really unlucky. With 110 boxes opened, there's no notice whatsoever, the best item that I got from these boxes are just Flintlock - Rescue Knights Ring.
